Cooks n’ crooks in Vienna

The latest feature by German director, Pepe Danquart, winner of the best short film Oscar in 1994 for Schwarzfahrer and the director of Holy Week, went into production at the end of February.
Set in Vienna, C(r)ook is a comedy starring Henry Huebchen as a gangster who dreams of becoming the head chef in his own restaurant. Karlheinz Hackl plays a mafia boss while Moritz Bleibtreu and Roland Düringer are hit-men. C(r)ook is scheduled to wrap in mid-April and the film should be released by year’s end.
