The 2003 edition of CinEdays, the event that celebrates Europe's film heritage has been extended by an extra seven days and will now run from 10-24 October 2003. This is a result of the huge success engendered by the first edition (15-24 November 2002) that brought together 45 broadcasters, 200 cinemas, numerous film archives and 15 festivals. Cinedays did a great service in creating awareness of Europe’s unique film heritage, especially amongst European young people. This year’s Cinedays will include a series of major conferences, seminars and events in key European cities.
