), the story begins with a man waking up one morning in an open field, half-naked, with no memories of his mishaps of the previous day. As soon as he gets back to his hotel, he realizes that he has a freshly sewn-up scar on his lower back. An old lover, who is also a surgeon, confirms his suspicions: someone has stolen one of his kidneys. He will sacrifice everything to find him: his family, his work, until he goes insane. In the meantime, we discover that his “predator” is not exactly the monster we thought he might be...
