Creative Skillset seeks feedback from industry professionals

Creative Skillset, the licensed UK sector skills council for entertainment media, fashion and textiles, publishing and advertising, marketing and communications, is seeking creative professionals to provide feedback. Employers and professionals across VFX, animation, film, TV, computer games and interactive media are sought for Creative Skillset’s industry panels. Panel members will be asked their opinions, via short online surveys, on matters ranging from skills gaps and training to the future needs of the industries. Feedback will be used to shape future strategies and supporting the UK Creative Industries in remaining globally competitive.

Panel members will be asked to complete a maximum of four short surveys a year, which will be accessed online and contain no more than ten questions at a time. They will also get priority access to the survey results within two weeks of the survey completion date.

Creative Skillset CEO Dinah Caine said, “We understand the importance of working closely with industry and gaining feedback which will shape our future strategies. It is vital that our panels fully represent the industries which they cover, and so we urge employers and professionals to register now and contribute their views and ideas in the October survey.”

The next survey will take place from October 14-20 and will focus on future trends, including skills needs, technological advancements and investment opportunities.
