Committed to contribute to a better diffusion of francophone Belgian cinema in Belgium and abroad, the Namur Francophone Film Festival has organised for several years two specific events shedding light on upcoming Belgian films. ), whose Tokyo Fiancée is expected for 2014, based on a novel by Amélie Nothomb, with Pauline Etienne. The film follows the steps of Bici and the Bitches. Bici knows what she wants and is cheeky and slightly plump. An Amazon with followers, she is in love with the only one who doesn’t see her the way she would hope. So when the adorable and exasperating Anita arrives, she is prepared to do anything, even if it means wrecking the band... Bici is played with strength and natural by Ambre Grouwels, a lyrical singer, who holds her first role with this film. The movie, produced by Versus Production, will be distributed by O’Brother on November 20.
