So far this year, the Film Credit Commission, which meets under the auspices of the Film Board at the Culture Ministry, assigned grants to the following twelve Italian features.

film profile] by Renzo Martinelli received Euros3.011.171; Striscia di bosco by David Grieco got Euros2.348.055; Anima Graffiata by Alessandro Di Robilant receives Euros3.138.831, The Tulse Luper Suitcases (Moab’s Story) by Peter Greenaway (co-produced by France, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg and Hungary) got Euros814.567; Il Sigaro Toscano by Arcangelo Bonaccorso got Euros1.917.405; Il Servo Ungherese by Massimo Piesco and Giorgio Molteni got Euros2.144.472; MineHaha by Werner Schoeter got Euros2.851.883.
The Italian films that will receive funding are: Dentro la Città by Andrea Costantini (Euros260.770), Tais Toy by Francis Veber (co-produced by France and Italy, Euros1.920.856) and Spanish/UK/Italian co-production, Carmen, by Vicente Aranda (Euros294.585).
Two first films made in 2001 also benefited: Radio West by Alessandro Valori (Euros1.045.825) and I Girasoli by Franceso Munzi (Euros1.043.539) as did one short film: Vernissage 1607 Caravaggio by Stella Leonetti given Euros41.316,56.
The Commission also reduced an earlier a grant of Euros2.678.867m assigned to Il miracolo by Edoardo Winspeare to Euros2.076.122m.
