Satine Film, which bought the rights for distribution in Italy, wrote that the release was “a contribution towards keeping up attention levels on a painful phenomenon within our society, and making the director’s interpretation, with the story he chose to tell, an opportunity to go deeper and launch a discussion.”
“Ours is a non commercial operation,” Claudia Bedogni, head of Acquisitions&Co-productions said, “we want to involve local institutions, organise screenings in the bigger cities, and create discussions around a situation that touches us all closely.”
