, will preside over the international jury for the “Luigi De Laurentiis” award for debut films at the 71st edition of the Venice Film Festival, which will take place from August 27 to September 6, 2014.

Made up of seven film and culture names from various countries – including one producer – the jury will name one winner among all the feature films in all competitive sections of the festival. The Leone del Futuro (Lion of the Future) will be given out, together with $100,000, given by the Filmauro from Aurelio and Luigi De Laurentiis, to be divided up equally between the producer and the director.
