Boyhood continued its dream awards season by winning Film of the Year, Director of the Year for Richard Linklater and Supporting Actress of the Year for Patricia Arquette. Similarly, Michael Keaton, Julianne Moore and JK Simmons continued their stellar seasons by winning acting honours for Birdman, Still Alice and Whiplash respectively.
