BAFTA showcases John Maclean in Brits to Watch
Slow West by John Maclean

British director John Maclean is the latest filmmaker to benefit from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts’ (BAFTA) ‘Brits to Watch: The Screenings’, a series of showcase events, hosted by BAFTA in New York and Los Angeles, that introduce outstanding British talent to the US film industry. The series is produced in partnership with British Council, with the support of IMDb and the Academy Circle. At each event, a British creative is introduced to an exclusive audience of film industry professionals. BAFTA then arranges a number of follow-up meetings for the individuals to meet with key industry members in both cities.
