The other countries that the doc has been sold to are Taiwan, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Austria, Russia and Spain. “It has been selected by The TIDE Experiment, the MEDIA-supported project that gives European distributors support for promotion and marketing for day-and-date release strategies. It will land in 80 theatres in Italy next week, followed by Germany, Belgium, Sweden, the Netherlands, Portugal and the Czech Republic.”

Dogwoof has also been selling Cartel Land well at Cannes, a US-Mexican co-production that won the Best Director Award and the Special Jury Award for Cinematography for a US Documentary at Sundance 2015.
