by writer-director Ines Tanovic has been selected as Bosnia and Herzegovina's submission for the Best Foreign-language Academy Award, the Association of Filmmakers of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced yesterday.

The film, co-produced by Dokument Sarajevo, Croatia's Spiritus Movens and Slovenia's Studio Maj, world-premiered in the Sarajevo Film Festival's feature-film competition (read the review).

Our Everyday Life beat two other candidates, which both also screened at the gathering: Nenad Djuric's Thousand and Cristobal Kruzen's Sabina K
