After unveiling its programme (see news article), the Les Arcs European Film Festival (7th edition, to be held from 12 to 19 December 2015) announced the list of 25 projects selected for the Coproduction Village, an event which has earned its stripes over the years with films that have been showcased at some of the world’s most prestigious film events, such as Son of Saul [+see also:

This time the team, headed up by Emmanuel Fleurantin (with the support of Jérémy Zelnik) chose projects from 13 countries, including five Norwegian projects (the nation being honoured this year in this Alpine setting) and eight debut feature films. An attractive selection for the many co-producers, distributors, sellers and other financiers that will attend the Village (which will be held from 12 to 15 December).

Among the 25 projects chosen (for the complete list, see below), the following stand out in particular: We Watched the Sun Disappear by Danish director Jonas Alexander Arnby (discovered at Critics’ Week at Cannes in 2014 with When Animals Dream [+see also:
