Film Institute supports shorts

A total of Euros1.171,447m will be distributed to domestic films and co-productions, by the Austrian Film Institute, with Euros 1.020,991 earmarked for project (screenplay) development and Euros150,456 for reference film support.
The following film projects will benefit: Auf Wolke 7 by Michael Grimm – produced by Allegro Film; children’s title Detektiv Zwieberl und der entführte Prinz by Oliver Dommenget- produced by Satel Film with Partner DE, Pigor singt, Benedigt Eichhorn muss begleiten by Ulrike Klein and produced by Dor Film with Partner DE, documentary Tintenfisch Alarm by Elisabeth Scharang, produced by Wega Film and Those who survived the plague by Barbara Gräftner, produced by Bonus Film.
Screenplay development funding will go to Favoriten written by Valentin Hitz.

will receive distribution support while the following films will be given financial aid to enable to take part in festivals, Twinni and Time of the wolves by Michael Haneke.
