One week away from the opening of the great international gathering, the organisers of the Berlin Film Festival have announced the members of the international jury chaired by Meryl Streep (read the article), which will have the honour of handing out the Golden and Silver Bears at the 66th edition of the event.

The six jury members who will team up with the actress to judge the international competition are all European. Some of them are even regulars at the festival, starting with German actor Lars Eidinger, who was seen in competition in Maren Ade’s Everyone Else [+see also:

Alba Rohrwacher, one of the most prominent Italian actresses at the moment, appearing in films of all nationalities and at all of the major festivals, including Berlin, will also serve on the jury.
