The Paris Coproduction Village launches its call for projects

A development and funding platform for international feature-film projects destined to be co-produced in France or Europe, the Paris Coproduction Village is readying its third edition (8-10 June 2016) and is today launching its call for projects (the deadline for registration is 31 March).

The 15 projects selected, whose identity will be unveiled in May, will be able to benefit from personalised meetings with their producers. It is worth noting that the Paris Coproduction Village is reserved exclusively for projects that do not yet have a French co-producer and/or international sales agent attached.

To these 15 titles will be added the six projects of the residents of the Cannes Film Festival’s Cinéfondation and the six US films in post-production selected as part of US-in-Progress at the Champs-Elysées Film Festival.

This year, the Paris Coproduction Village (which is managed by the organisers of the Les Arcs European Film Festival and takes place within the Industry Days of the Champs-Elysées Film Festival) will shine the spotlight on the Colombian film industry through a Colombian Focus.
