- Veteran Isabelle Huppert and newcomer Lina El Arabi star in two films by Belgian directors, co-produced with Luxembourg
Two Luxembourgian co-productions are at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), which unfolds until 18 September.

The film was produced by Alexandra Hoesdorff and Désirée Nosbusch for Luxembourg’s Deal Productions along with Belgium’s Indeed Productions. Souvenir will screen in the Special Presentations section, and its international sales are managed by Pathé International.
Also present at Toronto is another Belgian director, Stephan Streker, to introduce his third feature, A Wedding [+see also:

Starring newcomer Lina El Arabi, A Wedding tells the story of Zahira, from a Belgian Pakistani family, who, when confronted with an unplanned pregnancy, is forced to marry a Pakistani man of her parents’ choosing. A Wedding’s theatrical release in Europe is scheduled for early 2017.
