Indeed, through FF Motion Invest, Fundamental Films will become the second shareholder in EuropaCorp, investing €60 million to acquire 29.7% of the French group’s shares as it operates a capital increase. Once the transaction has been completed, Luc Besson will remain the number-one shareholder, owning 31.6%, as against the 43.8% he has currently.
