? Well, we’ll find out next year, when Perfect Strangers touches down in cinemas across Spain. The story unfolds over the course of one night, during a lunar eclipse, in the home of Alfonso and Eva—a well-healed professional couple worried about their teenage daughter and about the monotony of their lives. They are joined by five guests: Eduardo and Blanco (she’s ready for marriage and babies, he’s not ready for either), Antonio and Ana (parents to two children and on the brink of divorce) and Pepe (an unemployed teacher who claims he can’t come because his girlfriend is sick—but is she?). It’s a dinner party like any other, until someone has an intriguing idea: what if they put their mobile phones at the disposition of the group, leaving them in the middle of the table for everyone to see? Call history, texts, WhatsApp messages, Instagram and Facebook notifications... Their entire lives, instantly made public. An innocent game, or a risky proposition? Can their friendship handle this level of candour?

Entering this psychological labyrinth are real-life couple Ernesto Alterio and Juana Acosta, joined by Eduard Fernández, Dafne Fernández, Eduardo Noriega, Belén Rueda and Pepón Nieto, who previously worked with De la Iglesia on My Big Night [+see also:
