), the film recounts the misfortunes of Sunil Patel (Sun to his friends), a 30-year-old delivery driver of Indian heritage. He leads a frantic life in Paris, but everything threatens to come tumbling down one day, when his Chinese employers cease their illegal activities. In order to continue working, Sun decides to set up his own genuine courier company. A spanner is soon thrown in the works by the unexpected arrival of his cousin, a sitar player who has come to Paris to make a career out of his talent, and to whom Sun is forced into promising a concert at the Olympia music hall. Trapped by his own lies, Sun will then have a hell of a time forging a future for himself...

Produced by Damien Lagogué for Les Produits Frais and by Julie Gayet and Nadia Turincev for Rouge InternationalSun has been pre-purchased by Ciné+ and has secured backing via the CNC’s advance on receipts, as well as support from the Ile-de-France region. The cinematography has been entrusted to Benjamin Rufi, while the score will be composed by JMZ (Jean-Michel Zanetti). The French distribution will be overseen by Haut et Court and the international sales by Cercamon.
