 by Mathieu Amalric will open the 23rd Rendez-Vous With French Cinema in New York, in the presence of the director and Jeanne Balibar (who was rewarded for this very role with the 2018 César Award for Best Actress last Friday). The Rendez-Vous (in which 15 of the directors of films on the line-up will be taking part) will also host two "Free Talks" (on "Women, Work and the Will to Lead" and "First Films"), a "Salut les jeunes" day on 12 March and five master classes, among other activities. And, for the first time, a clutch of French sales agents will come up on stage in the Lincoln Center auditorium to present their line-ups to US distributors.
