), wrapped the shoot for his ninth feature, the comedy Kalte Füße (lit. "Cold Feet"), in Munich on Thursday 8 March. The film is toplined by Emilio Sakraya (best known for the Bibi & Tina saga and the TNT series 4 Blocks), the indefatigable Heiner Lauterbach (the German voice-over actor for Kevin Costner and Christopher Walken, to name but a couple of jobs in his long and successful TV and film career, which also includes the recent title Welcome to Germany [+see also:

to the top of the national charts in 2012 by snapping up more than 9.1 million tickets. It portrays an unlikely duo, one half of which is Denis, a third-rate, small-time burglar, who finds himself stuck in the villa of his wealthy victim, Raimund, due to a snowstorm. Denis has also been trapped by this short-tempered old man, who, ever since he suffered a stroke, has been confined to a wheelchair as well as deprived of the power of speech. To avoid being discovered, Denis is forced to take on the role of the old man’s nurse, but the suspicions of Raimund’s daughter and his "patient’s" foul mood draw them into a bizarre game of cat and mouse.

The shoot, which kicked off on 15 January, took place in both Austria and Bavaria. Kalte Füße is a production by major Munich-based outfit Claussen+Putz Filmproduktion together with Vienna’s Lotus Film (which produced the last documentary by the late Michael GlawoggerUntitled [+see also:
