London-based sales and financing company High Point Films has sealed a handful of major deals post-AFM on Dutch horror film Slaughter Night, written and directed by Frank van Geloven and Edwin Visser.

"All this interest is testament to the talent of filmmakers Frank van Geloven and Edwin Visser, who have delivered a highly effective and commercial horror film capable of competing with the best of them", said High Point Films CEO Ronald de Neef, who worked with Italian master of the genre Dario Argento in the 1980s and on other horror projects from Stephen King and George Romero.

Starring Victoria Koblenko and rising Belgian star Kurt Rogiers, Slaughter Night was produced by Martin Lagestee for Lagestee Film in Holland, in co-production with Belgium’s Be-Films.
