Debut director’s second time around

by

After having won the N.I.C.E. - New Italian Festival, one of the most followed film events in New York and San Francisco, Ma che ci faccio qui! (lit. “What Am I Doing Here!”), co-produced by the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, RAI Cinema and Istituto Luce, will be back in cinemas thanks to an initiative by the Ministry of Culture and Cinecittà Holding.

Twenty-eight year-old director Francesco Amato’s graduation film from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia (also his feature debut), which won over US critics and audiences, will have an invitation-only screening tomorrow, December 8, at Rome’s Quattro Fontane Cinema. It will then remain in theatres for another 15 days in one of the cinemas of the "Circuito Cinema".
