Rotterdam gears up

The 2008 International Film Festival Rotterdam is starting to take shape. The 37th edition will run from January 27-February 3.

This year’s Tiger Award Competition will again feature works by first and second-time directors, with Dutch broadcaster VPRO raising the prize money to €15,000 for each of the three winners.
