Three Swiss films get export grants
Three export grants have been awarded to foreign distributors of Swiss features. Apex Entertainment Co. have received €5,000 for the release of That Day [+see also:

film profile] in South Korea. The film by Jacob Berger will be launched this month.
Cinéma Public Films have been allocated €10,000 for the release of Rollando Colla’s L’autre moitié (“The Other Half”). The film will hit French screens in September.
Finally, Andrea Staka’s Fräulein [+see also:

film profile] will be released in the US in September by Film Movement, who have also obtained €10,000 in funding.
The distribution support programme – launched by the Swiss Federal Office for Culture (OFC) and managed by the national promotion agency Swiss Films – has an annual sum of €181,300 (maximum of €25,000 per film and per territory) granted in priority to distributors from countries that are members of the Media programme.
