Cinéfête’s autumn treat for young cinemagoers
The eighth Cinéfête tour closed in July, having attracted 126,000 young viewers in over 100 German cities. The ninth edition of this travelling French film festival aimed at German school children is currently getting underway in Oldenburg.

Cinéfête also provides training sessions for teachers and educational packs for class discussions about film. After Oldenburg, the festival will be held in Berlin (late September), Saarbrucken, Potsdam and Leipzig (November), Munich, Weimar, Hamburg (April) and Cologne (May), before wrapping up in Straubing at the end of July 2009.
