Following the European Film Market at the Berlin International Film Festival, where TrustNordisk presented a package of new promo reels, the Danish international sales agency has closed deals for six Nordic films.

“Scandinavian films still have a great brand,” said Rikke Ennis, managing director of TrustNordisk. “It gives us a feeling of reassurance to see our films being sold for distribution worldwide after Berlin.”

Danish director Jesper W Nielsen's The Day Will Come [+lee también:

 – his return to the big screen after six years of working for television, starring Lars Mikkelsen and Sofie Gråbøl – has been licensed to Benelux (Cherry Pickers), Latin America (California Filmes), the former Yugoslavia (Cinemania) and Turkey (Sinema TV Yay). It will open in Denmark on 21 April.
