The Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT SA) has announced its support for 17 Greek and international co-productions during the first round of financing of its new funding committee. As announced at the press conference that took place during the Thessaloniki International Film Festival back in November, and which created much turmoil within the local film industry, the new board is entirely composed of the Greek pubcaster’s employees, while one of the criteria for a project to be selected was the compatibility of the film with ERT’s future programming.
