The Pianist

Without a doubt one of the most eagerly awaited films of the year, The Pianist is a €38 million pan-European co-production by France, Germany, Great Britain and Poland. In many ways, this story reflects aspects of Roman Polanski´s early life in Warsaw and saw his return to his home country after an absence of many years. The Pianist was made on location in Poland and Germany.
