Cineuropa met up Colombian director Jorge Navas, whose debut film La sangre y la lluvia is shown at the section Venice Days.

The film is the story of two lonely souls in the violent city of Bogotá. Navas talks about his inspirations to make the film and compares the dense atmosphere of Bogotá to certain European cities.
