This debate was organised by the Mediadesk of the Czech Republic and the LUX Prize of the European Parliament, with the support of the Karlovy Vary Film Festival.

In the subsequent interview, Karel Bartak and Doris Pack discuss the first outcomes of the new Creative Europe programme, the roles and challenges of the new European Parliament and how both European institutions are working together to shape the schemes that will support European culture and audiovisual industries in the years to come.
