Press accreditation applications are now open for the 12th edition of MIA | Rome International Audiovisual Market, which will take place from 19-23 October 2026 in Rome and online via the MIA Digital platform.

One of the leading international events for the audiovisual industry, MIA brings together professionals working across film, series, documentary, animation and entertainment, providing an international platform for business, networking and discussion across the different sectors.

Media professionals can apply free of charge for a press accreditation, which grants access to the market both on site and remotely. All applications are subject to approval by the MIA Corporate Communications and PR team.

MIA 2026 is organised with the support of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Trade Agency. It also receives funding from Creative Europe – MEDIA, the Italian Ministry of Culture, the Fondazione Roma Lazio Film Commission and the Lazio Region. Once again this year, the market is being held under the patronage of Eurimages, the Council of Europe fund supporting the co-production, distribution, circulation and digitisation of European cinematographic works.
