CEE Animation will once again have a strong presence at MIFA, the world's biggest animation market, taking place from 10-13 June as part of the Annecy International Film Festival. The delegation consists of more than 30 industry professionals – producers, directors, and representatives of national associations, film funds and schools – who are ready to engage with international partners. You can find the complete CEE Animation delegate list for Annecy here.

International animation professionals will have a chance to connect with top talent and projects from one of today’s most exciting animation regions at two International Co-Production Breakfasts, on 11 and 12 June from 9:30 to 10:30 at the CEE Animation stand. These speed-dating events offer the possibility to find a co-producer or strike up another kind of creative collaboration, and registration is open here until 10 June. In addition, here is a list of CEE projects looking for partners.

CEE Animation Pitches, showcasing seven cutting-edge projects from the region, will take place on 11 June, from 13:45-15:00 at Impérial Palace, Étage 5, Haendel. From captivating shorts to bold series and features, targeted at children or adults, these diverse works are looking for co-producers, distributors and international sales agents.

The delegation will also organise the Animation Garden Party on 11 June at 16:00 in the Imperial Palace Garden, together with friends from Polish Animation, Animation Festival Network and Animated Baltics.

Central and Eastern European talent and works are also strongly represented in the Official Selection of the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, with more than 30 films showcased across ten categories. Among this year’s exciting highlights are two standout titles: the short film 9 Million Colours by Bára Anna Stejskalová (co-produced by the Czech Republic’s Bionaut, Norway’s Trollfilm and Germany’s Reynard Films), featured as part of the opening-night screening, and the anthology Tales from the Magic Garden [+see also:
