EIGHT TIMES UP
by Xabi Molia
synopsis
The rough patches and misfortunes of Elsa, a young mother who goes from one undeclared, dead-end job to another in order to try to survive. By night, she cleans buses in a warehouse, and by day, she looks after the child of a well-to-do couple. In between, she goes for job interviews, with no success. But she hopes most of all to get back custody of her ten-year-old son. She crosses paths with Mathieu, a neighbour on her floor whose life is just as chaotic and disastrous.
