Over a period of two years, the documentary chronicles six people who frequent the same mental health centre in the outlying areas of Barcelona: Sabadell’s Parc Taulí Hospital. They all share the same problem: grave psychosis, a mental disorder encompassing schizophrenia and paranoia. Doctors and patients who live with the disease from day to day narrate their tribulations to the camera.
