synopsis

Called to a small town near Ferrara for an identification, the enigmatic detective Claudio Bindaga has the opportunity to continue his research on the presumed marriage of Duke Alfonso I of Este to Laura Dianti, a working-class woman whose ghost has been haunting the surroundings for 500 years. The unusual investigation between past and present, dream and reality, normality and diversity, will bring to light the tragedy buried within Bindaga’s own past.
