MALABANA
synopsis
A black comedy set in the decaying and dusty atmosphere of the port area of Havana, where two clumsy and improvised criminals (Pepe and Matias) unexpectedly find themselves with 2 kilos of cocaine in their hands, after they unintentionally kill a drug courier. The package of cocaine is their passport to the elite-level of criminality in Havana, which is represented by El Yuma, a wanna-be gangster who is rather influenced by the USA trash/pulp culture.
