synopsis

Bruno, a journalist and communist, "midway upon the journey of our life," no longer really knows what he’s about. The tides of history are playing havoc with his convictions and he’s caught between Gaëlle, his wife, and Nathalie, his mistress.
Then his uncle, mayor of a small town in the Grenoble region, has trouble getting re-elected and requests his services. After losing his way, Bruno encounters Beatrice. Suddenly he is more lost than ever...
