synopsis

The uprising of the May 1, 1987 at Kreuzberg, West Berlin, is legendary. Less known is the story of THE RIDERS, one of the autonomous groups, composed of women fighting against masculine domination, racism, injustice. The film is an inquiry about the group, the decade and its relevance to today's social battles.
