synopsis
Belgrade at the beginning of autumn 1995. Slobodan Milosevic will sign a peace agreement with Croatia. A pre-fab concrete estate on the edge of Belgrade is home to a family which would not have been at all unusual under Josef Broz Tito. Now, in the autumn of 1995, something that for years was not important at all, suddenly becomes a serious problem.
