synopsis

The story of a romantic adventure against the background of Athens' working-class neighborhoods and the stormy winter sea. A prison inmate serving a sentence for petty theft gets out on a 48-hour leave and falls in love with a young hooker who leaves her pimp. With no money, no house, with a stolen car as their only possession, the girl, the inmate and his younger brother try to survive in harsh everyday existence.
