Jeanne is the French dubber of an American actress who plays a part in a successful television series. But the day the American actress cracks up and announces the end of her career, Jeanne's life is turned upside down. No work, no income, no nothing... Unless... Unless she takes her fate into her own hands and attempts the impossible: leave for Los Angeles, meet the American star and convince her to take over directing the series... Once in Los Angeles, and after a few minor mishaps and disasters, she crosses paths with a certain Farres, who will open the doors to the wonderful but rather complicated world of Hollywood.
