synopsis

Modern day Tunisia. Lilia’s an ordinary, orderly woman and mother. Since the death of her husband she’s been raising her teenage daughter, Salma, alone.
A combination of circumstances and Lilia’s desire to protect her wayward daughter, lead her to spend an evening in a cabaret. A whole new world, appealing and disturbing, opens before Lilia. A nighttime world full of dancing and pleasure.
