Puff is a mysterious small country where everything works thanks to the wind’s strength. The wind is produced by a huge windmill, that is placed in a cave and guarded by the Wind Keeper. The Pet Pals live in this country. The Crow Witch, in order to avenge herself on the Pet Pals, steals the windmill and puts the blame on them. The Pet Pals are imprisoned, but this will definitely not stop them.
