COMMENT C'EST LOIN
by Orelsan, Christophe Offenstein
synopsis
After ten unproductive years, Orel and Gringe, both thirty, struggle to write their first rap album. Their texts, larded with bad taste jokes and convoluted references, evoke their daily lives in an average provincial town. They have a problem: they find it impossible to finish a song. After a stormy session with their producers, their backs are against the wall: they have twenty-four hours to release a song worthy of the name. Their old demons, the fear of failure, procrastination, invasive buddies, relationship hassles, etc., will throw obstacles in their path.
