Carpenter Andersen and Santa Claus himself makes a deal which saves Christmas One Christmas night, Carpenter Andersen almost jeopardizes Christmas for his wife and children with his clumsy behavior. He promise to forget about his annual “Santa act" and to calm down, so they can save whatever is left of their family’s Christmas spirit. But the next morning, Andersen still won’t give up his dream to give them all a perfect Christmas, but falls on the slippery ice and goes downhill on a sled meant for all of his presents. After a thrilling trip over roads and through forests, he collides into an old man who turns out to actually be Santa. They decide to let the carpenter visit Santa Claus’ children, while Santa goes to Andersen’s house, and by doing this, they save each others Christmas night.
