synopsis

The story of a soldier’s parents told from the perspective of their 17-year-old grandson, Janek. The film is embedded in the dramatic memories of post-war Poland. However, it includes unique contents: the plot concentrates primarily on the strength and bravery of both parents, presenting their fight for regaining their dignity and balance after they lose a son.
