Business is going well for the Denom family and they all decide to go away, as they do each year, for a weekend in their house in the country. But they didn't count on the unexpected arrival of their brother-in-law Samuel, whom they hadn't heard from since his wife's tragic death the previous year. And although Samuel is in a wheelchair, unable to move more than one hand, too many reproaches, secrets, misdeeds, along with too many questions to do with money, remain, which will slowly change everything in a very peculiar fashion.
