NIGHTRUN
synopsis
When Dennis has the chance of a lifetime to get a very expensive taxi permit, with which he can earn a lot of money, he jumps right at it. He takes out a huge loan under the watchful eye of the director of MOTAX, the only licensed taxi company in Amsterdam. Dennis is beside himself with joy: his days of wheeling and dealing are over. But Dennis soon discovers why it was so easy to get a permit. The law is about to be changed, allowing competition into the taxi market. Dennis' permit and those of many of his colleagues have become worthless overnight.
